    We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping Australia-wide on all orders.
    Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days via tracked Australia Post & Sendle courier services. For delivery timeframes once dispatched, please enquire with the carrier directly.
    We work with reliable logistics partners and will provide tracking information from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
    Taxes and duties are included within the purchase price in Australia.
    We only deliver to physical addresses, no PO boxes. For security reasons our courier partners will deliver to the door. 
    Full payment is required prior to dispatch. Once the product has been shipped, we cannot alter the delivery address. If there are any issues or discrepancies with your details, please contact our team as soon as possible.
    While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, LOX is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as postal service disruptions or extreme weather conditions. If your shipment is lost, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

    Full priced items in original condition purchased on wearelox.com may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt for Australian purchases.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
    Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
    If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you return shipping details on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
